High Court Of Jharkhand has released official notification for the recruitment of 55 candidates for the post of Assistant in the High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi on its official website JHC.

What is The Salary of Jharkhand High Court Assistant?
The salary of the jharkhand high court assistant is according to the 7th pay matrix level, which is in between Rs. 44,900 to Rs.1,42,400. The salry ranges between in this level, which keeps on increasing with your year of working. 1. Written Test
A written test of 90 marks will be conducted, which will be primary test for shortlisting students. Duration of exam will be 2 hours and extra 20 minutes per hour will be given to candidates belonging to disable category.
Qualifying marks for UR, EWS, BC I AND BC II is 36 marks i.e. 40% of the 200 marks marks. The cutoff for SC and ST is 27 marks i.e. 30 % of 200.
2. Computer Skill Test
It will be of qualifying in nature, time allocated is 5 minutes and you have to type 100 words in 5 minutes with a speed of 20 words per minute.
3. Viva Voice:
This exam is of 15 marks and you will have to secure 5 marks to qualify this exam.

- English Comprehension, Grammar, and Word Power (20 Marks)

- Mathematical test of Matric Standard
Computer Skill Test:
- The Computer Skill Test is for qualifying purposes.
- The merit list for appointment will be based on a written test, followed by a computer skills test, typing on computers, and a Viva-voce test.
- Only candidates who pass the written test will proceed to the Viva-Voce and computer skills test.
- During the computer skills test, candidates will be required to type a 100-word passage at a speed of 20 words per minute and save it on the computer at a designated location.
